Tipping proved a lot tougher in Round 2 with 5 out of 9 being best, and it was once again St Andrew (Andrew Everett) who prevailed from three other very smart tippers who also manged 5 winners. St Andrew has now covered his $40 entry fee by being successful in the first two weeks of the season. A reminder that entry fee payments are now due and can be paid to the bar, office or proshop.
Round 1 has been run and won by St Andrew (Andrew Everett) who selected the nine winners and only a one point differential in the opening Richmond v Carlton match. He was able to select Essendon (coming from 20 points down at 3/4 time against last year’s grand finalists) and Geelong to hold off the fast finishing Melbourne.
St Andrew wins the weekly $20 bar voucher and leads the competition.
Footy starts in less than two weeks and the NGC footy tipping competition is on again.
