Local pro Andy Gott was today appointed as Nedlands’ new professional replacing Vernon Sexton-Finck. The selection process was held in conjunction with the PGA where Gott has been a full member for 23 years.
He was the stand out candidate and his attached profile highlights significant playing and coaching achievements. He has been at Lake Claremont for many years coaching golfers of all levels with a particular emphasis on junior programs. Andrew has also had stints at Lakelands CC and Port Kennedy GC. His playing career boasts many Pro-Am victories including recently at Mandurah and Sea View in addition to being the course record holder at The Cut – a 65!
