Thank you to all those members that came along or lodged proxies for the Special General Meeting on Tuesday. We are pleased to confirm that the resolution passed resoundingly.
We have set up a fundraising project using the Australian Sports Foundation initiative where members can make voluntary one-off tax-deductible donations in a lump sum as an alternative to the annual levy. You can access the project here
Key conditions of the ASF are that donations are
· Voluntary
· non-refundable and
· have not been invoiced.
Accordingly, the ASF project will be available until 21 October 2022 for members to utilise. If you wish to use the tax-deductible facility you must do so prior to this date, as Annual Renewal invoices will be issued shortly thereafter.
Those members that have contributed through the ASF equal to or above the the full levy ($750 for full members) will not have the levy charged in your annual renewal invoices.
Please remember if you pay through the ASF, it must be for the full 3-year value of the levy, and that the donation is non-refundable under any circumstances.
