MyGolf is the national junior program administered by Golf Australia and Nedlands is an accredited centre. One of our obligations is to host a MyGolf Tour event for junior golfers aged 6 – 12 years each year which is scheduled for Monday 18 April from 9am. They play from Tiger Tees (shortened holes) and either five or nine holes. To help with organisation, junior coordinator Dale Harris (daleharris68@gmail.com) requires a couple more volunteers to help out on the morning, specifically starting or marshalling. Contact Dale or the Club office to register your assistance.

- Junior Program Update
We are pleased to announce some exciting improvement to our Junior Program that are designed to improve accessibility and value for juniors participating at all levels. Full details of our Junior Golf Program are now available on the club website. The key improvement is to clarify the programs and membership options available by age group. We have also reviewed and reduced our junior membership fees to offer better value for junior members whilst at the same time creating pathways for non-members to be introduced to the game. There are now 3 clear programs available and these are described briefly below. Pee Wee Program
- For children 8 and under
- No membership fees
- Regular clinics during school term and school holidays. 5 week school term clinic costs $79. Registration through MyGolf via the Junior Program page on the club website.
- Can participate in regular “Tiger Tee” events on Sunday afternoons. ($12 per event with a discount of $6 per event where parent / guardian is a member of the club)
Hot Shots Program
- For children 9 – 13 with Junior Member and Non-Member options
- Discounted junior membership fees of $199 including GolfWA levy, insurance and golflink charges. Membership delivers significant value with discounts on clinics and Tiger Tee events.
- Regular clinics during school term and school holidays. 5 week school term clinic costs $65 for members and $129 for non-members. (Non-members registration through MyGolf via the Junior Program page on the club website).
- Can participate in regular “Tiger Tee” events on Sunday afternoons. ($3 per event for members and $12 per event for non-members)
- Junior members have access to course for social play when accompanied and can graduate to Sunday competitions when they have achieved a golf handicap of 35 or better.
Junior Club
- For children 14 – 18
- Discounted junior membership fees of $299 including GolfWA levy, insurance and golflink charges.
- Free skills clinics with our club professional.
- Junior members have access to course for social play when accompanied and can graduate to Sunday competitions when they have achieved a golf handicap of 35 or better.
- Ability to participate in Saturday and Wednesday competitions subject to full member priority
In some instances where membership fees have already been paid at the higher amount or where membership fees have been paid for a child who falls into the Pee Wee category you will receive a credit on your “NGC house account”. The credit can be used for purchases in the pro shop, payment of clinic fees or for payment of Tiger Tee event fees. Where credits are due you will be advised via email with details on how you can utilise your credits. For any queries please contact;
